That Remmers play was just intended to make Dean Lowry look like a competent pass rusher.

The other 3 North teams are ascending, the Vikings are descending and possibly could become a dumpster fire franchise with the Wilf KAM-KO combo sinking the ship.

Time to start talking about what the Vikes need to do in the off season....Even more room for hope and delusion. IE Vikings fan for life.
@richarddean315410 ай бұрын
I have been cheering for the Vikings to lose all season. I think the current leadership team is exceptionally bad and needs to be replaced. So, the faster the Vikings get to the bottom, the faster they fire this group and get the correct group in place. The team can't win the big game if it has the wrong coach and wrong coordinators coaching the players. The team won't have the correct players if the GM is a glorified accountant. The team won't run or pass when they should, if the coach has a philosophy that he can't modify according to the particular opponent he is facing. I hope I am wrong and the team turns it around - but I wouldn't bet on it.
@thesuperioraffection450210 ай бұрын
All true but it starts with the ownership. They had an opportunity to hire the guy who went to the NFC Championship his 1st and 3rd season and to the Super Bowl his second season... with Alex Smith (1st season) and Colin Kaepernick, who was exposed once Harbaugh left. The guy with a 44-19-1 record in 4 seasons, (36-11-1 the first 3). The guy coaching the #1 ranked college team for the National Championship tomorrow night. Reportedly, a minority stake owner convinced the Wilfs to not hire Harbaugh. The Wilfs have not hired any great coaches nor GMs. If or when the KAM-KO 'collaborative' 'analytics' 'culture' and other buzz words thing implodes, the ownership once again can't be trusted to bring in a great GM or coach. I mean, they wouldn't let Chilly leave the building for other interviews. Detroit shows what happens when a good change in ownership happens. The current Ford running the show took over in 2020, she hired the GM Holmes and Campbell the next year and they look to have put out the dumpster fire and have a MUCH better shot at a Lombardi than the Vikings in the next 5 years, which I said last year when the Vikings were still the 2nd seed. The Lions are 20-7 and the Vikings are 14-13 their last 27 games. The other 2 North teams are ascending as well, the Vikings, not so much.

@@nonsense2369 Only partially insane. What is your take on the current GM and head coach?
@richarddean315410 ай бұрын
@@thesuperioraffection4502 I don't expect much from owners because they are not football people. But KOC wasn't responsible for the Rams' offense and KAM wasn't responsible for the Rams' drafting success - so why choose them. It is remarkable that the "bite them in the knee caps" head coach has a better offense that the offensive genius (KOC) and their GM has much better drafts than our genius GM. Up is down and down is up. I loved Campbell's locker room speech after winning the division - it was moving.

Do we win the Super Bowl this season with Cousins? No. We make the playoffs though. We don’t injure JJ with a horrible pass…we don’t put up a Goose Egg in TDs against the Raiders…multiple 4 interception games because of horrible decisions and bad throws don’t happen with Kirk

Detroit outscored their opponents last season [which Minnesota did not do] and outscored the Vikings head-to-head. The Lions were better than the Giants team that knocked Minnesota from the playoffs. Last year. Minnesota fans laughed at the Lions for trading Hockenson and derided Detroit's draft choices. Who's laughing now? 😂 According to these same fans, Jordan Love will never be a good NFL quarterback [because what does Green Bay know about quarterbacking?].

I'll never cheer for us to lose, but to me true Vikings' fandom is "wanting to win a SB by all means" and if that includes a tank season or two, I'll proudly wear my Moon#1, Keenum#7 and Diggs#14 jerseys every game. I certainly won't if this nightmare of mediocrity continues. I'm so fed up with Kirk (since March 2018) his delusional Stans and Minnesotan friendlyness. Now, let's hope the Bills win it!
