Vileda ProMist Max Spray Mop Review - Mouths of Mums

I’m a massive fan of Vileda cleaning products, as I feel they are ahead of their game when it comes to home cleaning. I actually own a Vileda Easy Wring and Clean Turbo Spin Mop and this fantastic when cleaning my whole home, but wanted an option for when I need to mop just one room or a quick spot cleaning.
The Vileda Promist Max Flip Spray Mop is the perfect solution for that. Its super easy to use and so effective. The mop consists of a inbuilt spray bottle for you to put your floor cleaning products into.
Filling the bottle is simple! Simply slide the bottle out of the fitting, and fill with just water, or water and 2 tsp of your favourite floor cleaning product. The mop includes little 2 tsp cup, which clips onto the mop handle. Slide the bottle back into the chamber and your good to go. Using just water, this mop helps remove 99% of bacteria which is fantastic.
You squeeze the trigger to spray a fine mist of cleaning solution onto your floor. The microfibre cleaning pad is a decent size, and flips over so when one size is dirty you can flip the mop pad and continue cleaning. Or alternatively you can flip to dry they area.
We have wooden floorboards and tiles in our home and the Vileda Promist Max Flip Spray Mop worked perfectly cleaning both these surface. The mop easily glided and cleaned the floors effetely. My 11 year old daughter and 6 year old son even gave it a go and found it very fun and easy to use. My son actually helped by doing most of my floors, which was unreal.
There is also a grip pad on the handle so when leaning against the wall, it stays in place. Vileda think of everything!!!
The microfibre pad worded great at cleaning up dirt and grime from my floors. When the pad is dirty you can easily remove and place in the washing machine to clean. Let it dry flat and then your good to go again.
Again Vileda you have created another product I absolutely love.

I had high hopes for this mop after watching your video until I starting reading all the negative reviews elsewhere about it. Seems only a few are happy with this mop and the majority are having issues with it, mainly leaking. Such a shame.

What made you decide to buy this , despite all the negative reviews about it leaking or the nozle not spraying after a few days of usage ?

This was gifted to me. I have only positive things to say about it. Didn't come across any of the problems others faced.

i am having trouble with mine. the small hole in the cap that screws on the bottle is leaking liquid and it is coming out over the top of the casing. i dont know what the hell is wrong with it.

Hey, idk if this is still relevant to you but I had the same problem with mine and as it turned out there is a small hole on the inside of the bottle cap and on it there's supposed to be a small black rubber cap covering it. The problem for me was caused by that rubber cap falling off.

The problem was fixed by simply putting it back on. Though by now you've either lost it or figured it out on your own😄
