Thanks for the quick reply. yes i have seen the one advertised, it has been listed for a year now, that makes me think the price is too much, that was why I was trying to find out some sale prices from a few years ago. I am looking to buy in the Mogan area and my first chance to come and visit will be in June for two weeks. It seems hard to find 2 bed property facing sunset, most properties i see seem to be on the side of the valleys that face sunrise and are in shade after lunch. I see mainly one bed apartments facing sunset in Puerto Rico/Taurito/Puerto Mogan/Amadores. I will keep an eye and see if Flamboyan is reduced to a more favourable price ! Cheers. Mike
