The proposal of this project is located on the best plot of the tropical coast in Almuñécar in Granada and can be adapted to the needs of the future owner.
Just 45 mms from Malaga airport and 1 hour from Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski slopes is a great choice as a main residence or holiday home.
The land of 1860 SQM, is organized in 4 levels and is located on a cliff in front of the beach with uninterrupted views of 180º to the sea from which you can see the town of Almuñécar, El Muerto beach and the marina Marina del Este, which alternate between beautiful coves that give the project a unique and privileged environment.
The villa has a useful area of 635 SQM, and is organized in the first two levels of the land:
At the level of access, a minimalist pavilion arranged in cantilever serves as an entrance to the project and is carried out by a sublime cover of curved gesture and sculptural character, which, thanks to a delicate treatment of the structure, appears to float on the horizon of the sea Mediterranean.
This cover has photovoltaic technology integrated by a system of flexible solar cells of amorphous silicon, to generate electricity.
In Villa Helios, the main compositional element of the project produces energy through the sun.
The interior of the entrance pavilion has a delicate structure of pillars, maximum use of glass and sliding doors of wood and glass to offer continuous views of the sea.
In it there is a viewing room, the battery of vertical communications and a double height that visually connects the entrance with the lower level that houses the most domestic spaces of the functional program.
The living room has a large sofa integrated into the architecture of the pavilion and a fireplace - a bioethanol sculpture made of stone, granite and marble, designed by the architect, with a horizontal composition that dialogues with the immensity of the Mediterranean horizon.
The privacy of this space has been carefully studied to be able to enjoy the spectacular surroundings without being seen by the neighbors.
In the lower level the most domestic spaces of the project are developed:
The double height connects the entrance level with the main hall of the villa around which the dining room, the stairs, the kitchen and the bar pivot creating a single fluid and continuous space, although clearly differentiated in their areas.
The 4 bedrooms are located on the flanks of this level; each has its own private bathroom, highlighting the Master "Suite" that has a living room, bedroom, large bathtub overlooking the great blue, terrace and private pool.
The interior spaces of the lower level are surrounded by an exterior landscaping that includes gardens, waterfalls, water ponds, swimming areas and large terraces with infinite views of the Mediterranean, providing the future owner of Villa Helios the ultimate experience of maximum comfort in a home.
The wide infinity pool that stars the exterior of this level has a comfortable space of stay surrounded by water, around which are two bathing areas of two meters deep on its sides, a pool bar and a Jacuzzi.
Villa Helios represents elegance in it´s maximum expression and a unique way of living only within the reach of a privileged few like you.
