I really appreciate your low carb options (at the end)! Do you use basmati rice for its lower GI?

I actually omit it, to avoid a spike. But, portion control can also be helpful for some people. Have thought about replacing it for brown rice or cauliflower rice. It depends on your health needs, each person is different. For A low carb option I would do cauliflower rice.
