VIVA ZAPATA!! All Uneed is to add a few jalapeño slices (and a few blended in, too) to make this the panther's meow!! A squirt of tequila wouldn't hurt the mixture either! 🌵

6/2024......Wow that looks fantastic,...great recipe. I recently was told I am not adequately staying hydrated, and it is hurting my health, and I am sick of drinking plain water,...So this is a prefect solution to my problem. I love all the ingredients,....I can't wait to try it. Today 6/22/24 it was almost 100 degrees were I am living in the USA state of Ohio. Unbearably hot. Deadly to senior citizens, like myself. Thank you!

This reminds me of a cucumber salad that is so great during summer weather. Cucumbers, tomato, green onion and anything else with a nice Italian style dressing topped with parmesan Reggiano and served cold. The amount of water held by cucumbers is so amazing, you can't go wrong in warm weather.

Hi, thank you for the recipes and videos. Just wanted to add that the link that you provided for a sugar replacement is not monkfruit it only shows as erythritol. You can purchase pure monkfruit in the raw or monkfruit with erythritol. Erythritol can be sensitive to some people stomach. Also, a few good alternative can be stevia or stevia products such as Truvia tagatose monk fruit extract coconut palm sugar date sugar sugar alcohols, such as erythritol or xylitol

I peel cut off the tips then take a fork and scrape it down all of the cucumber all around. The opposite end of the cucumber not the growing tip but the other end has enzyme that if you keep it on or add it to your pickles or drinks etc that continues to make you cucumber bitter if you don’t cut it off .

Try scooping the seeds out of very large cucumbers if you want to get rid of some of the bitterness. Lots of young cucumbers are better the 2 or 3 huge ones
