Some opportunities of the current lifestyle are also presented here. However, I create videos by giving priority to the past, tradition and customs. Don't think that all this is 100% the past. I would also like to say that there are some flaws and differences due to an attempt to recreate the past from the present. කොලපාට ගස් අතරින් වැටෙන තද හිරු රැස් කිරණ මට අනතුරු අගවනවා දැන් නම් හවස් යාමෙට කිට්ටුයි රෑ බෝ වෙන්න කලින් පිටි ටික සූදාම් කර ගත යුතු බව. වංගෙඩියේ මෝල් ගසේ ඩොක් ඩොක් සද්දේ කොලපාට වනන්තරේ මැදින් අහස් සිප ගනිද්දී හීනියට පිටි අහුරු පොලවට වැටෙන්නේ හාල් ටික පිටි වුනා කියලා කියන්නම වගේ. රැහැයි හඩත් එක්කම කදුකරයට අදුර ගලනවා. මගේ පහනත් ලංතෑරුමත් ඒ අදුර මකන්න සූදානමින් දැල්වෙන්නේ අදුර සමග සටනක් අරබලා වගෙයි. පොල් වතුර එක්කම හුලං විස්කෝතු කුඩු එකතු වෙලා ආප්ප මිශ්‍රණය හෙට උදේ වෙද්දි හොදින් පිපිලා තියෙයි. ඉස්සර යීස්ට් අද වගේ සුලබ නැති නිසා යීස්ට් ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වය වක්‍රාකාරයෙන් ලබාගන්න විකෝතු යොදාගන්න බව මම දැනගෙන හිටියා. ඉතිං ආප්ප පිපෙන්නත් හුලං විස්කෝතු කුඩු කරලා යොදාගන්න මම හිතුවා. ඒකෙන් ආප්ප වල රසයත් වැඩි වෙලා තිබුනා. ආප්ප හදන්න සීනි දාපු පොල් වතුරෙන් රා වෙන්න තියලා හදාගන්න පොල් රා වලින් මීට කලින් මං ආප්ප හදලා වීඩියෝ එකක් අරන් ඇවිත් තියෙන නිසා ඒ ලින්ක් එකත් මෙතනින් දාන්නම්. ඒ විදියටත් සාම්ප්‍රදායික ආප්ප හදන්න පුලුවන් Traditional village hoppers for evening tea time | How to prepare hoppers in traditional way kzbin.info/www/bejne/qWa5iGmJqdpgotE ලංතෑරුම අත්තම්මගෙ කතාවක් නිතරම මට සිහි කරනවා. ඉස්සර ගෙවල් වල ඉස්සරහින්ම ලංතෑරුමක් එල්ලන්නේ වන වැදුනු අය හෝ අතරමං වුන අයට ගෙයක් පැල්පතක් තියෙන ඉසව්ව හොයාගන්න පහසු වෙන්නයි. අද වගේ ගෙවල් ඉස්සර සුලබ නෑ කැලෑ බොහොම වැඩියි. ඒ විතරක්ම නෙවෙයි හවසක අදුර මැදින් ඇවිදන් යද්දී ගම්මානේ ගෙවල් ලගින් නිතරම ඇහෙන්නේ පන්සිය පනස් ජාතකේ ශ්‍රැති ගෝචර බස් වහරෙන් කියැවෙන අපූරුවත් පිරුවානා පොත් වහන්සේ කියැවෙන හඩත් වගේම ළමුන් බෞද්ධයාගේ අත්පොත වෙන ධම්මපදය වනපොත් කරන හඩත් ය. මගේ පුංචි ධම්මපදය මතක් වුනේ අදත් නිදහසේ ජීවිතයට ඔබටත් මටත් යමක් එක් කර දීමේ බලාපොරොත්තුවෙනි. හූස් ගාගෙන පැහෙන කේතලයෙන් කහට පාට හොදින් තියෙන තේ එකක් හදාගෙන හුලං විස්කෝතුවක් තේ එකෙන්ම පොගවන් කන ගමන් ධම්මපදය මගේ අතට එක් වුනා.. ඒ නිදහස් සාමකාමී සන්ද්‍යාවත් ඒ විදියට ගෙවිලා යද්දී ඉල් මාසේ තවත් ලස්සන උදයක් ඇවිත් තිබුනා. හවසට තද වැස්සක් එන නිසා හවසට හදන්න තියෙන ආප්ප ටිකක් දහවලේදිම හදන්න පටන් ගත්තා. ආප්ප නම් ලුණුමිරිසත් තියෙන්නම ඕනි. සාමාන්‍ය ලුණුමිරිසට පැණි ටිකක් එක් කරලා බැලුවේ රසය වැඩි කරගන්න හිතාගෙන. ඇත්තෙන්ම හිතුවටත් වඩා ඒ රසය ලුණුමිරිසට හොදින්ම ගැලපුනා. ලුණුමිරිසට සීනි වෙනුවට තියේ නම් පැණි ස්වල්පයකුත් එක් කරගන්න අමතක කරන්න එපා . ඇත්තටම කීවත් වගේ ආප්ප හදලා ඉවර වෙද්දිම ලොකූ වැස්සක් එනවා. කදු යායම කලුවරෙන් අදුරු වලාවෙන් වහගෙන එන වැස්සට හුලගත් එක්කම එන හිරිකඩ මුහු වෙද්දි බිත්තර ආප්පයකුත් සැර ලුණුමිරිසත් රස ප්ලේන්ටියත් දිව්‍යමය භෝජනයක් වගේ රසම රස තේ වේලක් රසවිදිමින් සොබාදහමේ අපූරු විපර්යාස හදවතින්ම විදගත්ත ඒ ලස්සන ගම්මානේ අතීත දවසක් මේ විදියට ඔයා ඉදිරියේ දිගහැරෙන්නේ.. තේ බොන්න එපා තේ රස විදින්න.. ඔයාගෙ හිතටත් ටිකක් නිවෙන්න අවස්ථාවක් ඔයා වෙනුවෙන්ම හදලා දෙන්න.. ආදරෙයි .. මං ටිකක් ඈත ඉදංං. උඩරට මැණිකේ
