Kithul flour is the starch extracted from the pith of the kithul palm (Caryota urens) trunk. Kithul flour is extracted from kithul trunks through a traditional process.

* 400ml of Water
* Kithul Jaggery or Kithul Trickle
* Salt
👉For gravy
* Coconut milk
* 3 or 5 Peppercorns
* 3 or 5 Cardamom
