Wholesome, healthy, very fresh and no additive foods. I used to cook in our outside kitchen like this, using coconut husks and shell for fuel.

Faux Manchu no presevatives are needed if the food is eaten right away. So don't make a big deal about additives. The videos show the use of emmense amounts of salt and oils. That will kill you, too.
