In Barbados we make tea with this and put in in souls and seasonings but we call mosquito bush cuz we shake it through each room of the house to run mosquitoes ..

Hi Sylvia, when you go to cook the leves, is it hard to get out? Or take the amount needed out of the bag because it was frozen together?

I now freeze them in small ziplock bags so it will be easier for me when I'm ready to cook. What I do is to thaw out one ziplock bag for 30 minutes, then use a metal spoon to scrap out the amount I want to use. Then return it again to my freezer.
