The most important point to remember is the soil type / mixture, what pH level and fertilizer is needed to keep plants thriving

I was never fond of fried eggplant. I saw you sampled some raw? Is there a way to use eggplant raw or can you share with us how you prepare them for the table? I have never seen eggplants that ripen to the color red, it is a pity they can't be eaten at that stage.Thank you so much! I like your kind, friendly guidance. I find inspiration here! Thank you!!!

My kids used to like 'bugs on a log' when they were young. That's a stalk of celery with peanut butter on it and raisins on top of that. I use celery in salads, soups or anything else I choose to. The leaves also make a great garnish.

Sister! I had to come back to say thank you for this video! I have been looking for seeds to plant my collards for the fall n could not find any. Disappointed, I was going thru my seeds n found a plastic bag of collard greens seeds that I collected from my garden when I first watched your channel. Thanks again.
