Hi Luke, I know I said it before but I'll happily reiterate how much I prefer your current jerseys to your other ones you wore on the Sevens Series. The symbol of the dragon captures the Welsh spirit better I think, what's your take on it? Do you know where I can watch the games live?

Yeah lots of people have said they really liked the Commonwealth Jerseys. I was a big fan of the red one but less so of the green one. I used to love when the WRU made a specific jersey for the 7s. They don't that anymore and I think it's a really big shame. It's a chance to be really creative and make an eye catching jersey.

Just tuning in today, I hadnt realised that Warwick University was being used. How many countries are staying there? Do you get the opportunity to visit the main Athletes Village at the University of Birmingham? Hope you have a great Games and win all your matches.

Not 100% sure of exactly how many countries were there but all the rugby teams were there, judo, wrestling, lawn bowls and cycling 😃 We went to the main athletes village for an afternoon for the Team Wales welcome. Really enjoyed the experience
