Ingredients:

1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup crumbled white cheese (such as feta or goat cheese)

Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Make a well in the center and add warm water and olive oil.
Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped herbs, onion, and crumbled white cheese.
