Coconut oil healthy? You got to be kidding me

It's less for health and more for how accessible it is in that part of the world. Over there, coconuts are much cheaper, and since most people are dirt poor, they try to waste as little as possible. I bet they know coconut is healthy, but probably don't know the extent of it's health effects.

Having two coconut trees I do make coconut oil with just 3 or 4 coconuts in the same manner grinding is done in a blender. The juice once it's set I keep it in the fridge to harden it gets easier to put it in vessel to boil. Believe me it's so gratifying and the fragrance. Heavenly

+Alex Lopez I'm pretty sure this family is actually affluent by local standards. If you haven't noticed, they have access to a lot of food. That would cost significantly more in the western world. The ingredients for most of the meals they cook, in that quantity, would cost a few hundred dollars in the west.

SepherStar I don’t think so, slightly affluent people in India will have people working for them, they won’t be doing their chores themselves. We are farmers family, and not too rich but I haven’t seen my grandparents working this hard they always had people doing several works in the farm. He seems to be regular farmer, but is enjoying a good life because he is hardworking. People in village especially near coastal belts of India get lots of protein and coconuts and eat pretty well too

This method of making coconut oil is totally wrong, the coconuts should be dried, then cut into small pieces, then it can be put into extraction with ancient method or latest method of electric oil extractor. Use sense when making video of one product, stick to it, don't mix eating 🦀 crab, eating chicken etc.,

Your work is amazing and absolutely healthy and a pleasure to see all these possibilities from a coconut. I hope you and your family are not overwhelmed doing this more than you need to sell to those that do not want to produce their own coconut oil and to make some money. Yes, it takes time but all good things to those who waits.. We can spend like anything for so called "organic" things what we actually unaware of it's authenticity. We purchase it at a very expensive price just because it has a label of "organic" or "virgin oil". But with some effort we can make that organic virgin oil at home and that too in it's purest form.. I too believe in making things at home as much as possible.. It's definitely a laborious job to do this at home but it's worth it..

How many litres do you need? Can be created and sent across to you by DHL or something. However, you may want to check local laws regarding imports of oil like this. While the oil made this way is totally natural and healthy, not to mention edible; it will cost you some serious $$$ depending on what quantities and mode of delivery. Shipping it to you may work out cheaper, but you'll need to wait At least a month to receive it. Message me if you are still interested.
