Very inspirational we, in the westernised World take so much for granted and don’t realise how much time and effort is required in the making of an essential commodity. Love your program. The young lady from Poorna has a similar format just as entertaining. What’s wrong with the young men today they haven’t snapped up you two talented and beautiful girls. The scenery is breadth taking and so calming as is the music I hum this tune all day after watching your program. Stay safe young ones - love from Melbourne Australia

I understand your comment about the lovely and talented lady not snapped up yet. But, I don't believe there are many men worthy of them. Right now, she has the freedom and time to do as she desires, marriage will change a lot of things. I hope this lady will enjoy her peaceful life a very, very, very long time.

My parents and watched this last night and they were reminiscing how they would help make coconut oil in Guyana. The funniest moment was my mom remembering when she was little and would mix the residue left over with sugar, eating it with other kids in the village. She remembered my grandmother yelling at her to not eat too much. Of course because it caused her to have diarrhea., so when the part came up in the video the sister telling her brother not to eat too much... we were laughing so hard. Wonderful videos, bueatiful home and garden and the food looks amazing. Keep up the great work!!!! God Bless

This remind me when I was 9, our family used to make gallons of coconut oil. But, we usually let coconut milk fermented (up to 2-3 days) right after squeezing from fresh grated coconut (without cooking it first like yours). Love from Malaysia 🇲🇾 💕

She cooks everything I like. I made Coconut with God Fish the other day. I am so jealous of all this natural beauty and good food! The Coconut Water is good with Lime Juice for high blood pressure. Different cultures, but some things are done in the same manner. Now cook the custard with some fish. Its best part. If I could come through this phone to get some of that food, I would!

Agreed, making oil is definitely not as simple as it may seem to be ! Did not feel short of words / dialogues as capturing of process, sequence with the innocent girl, granny and the brother with their roles executed is splendid. Moreover, all your activity close to the mother nature makes it more dearly and motherly. Thank you for making me your fan.

In my home country, Indonesia, we still make our own coconut cooking oil. Usually in villages. The residue, flake, is very tasty with the addition of brown sugar. We called it "Tai minyak" which means coconut cooking oil waste. Sounds funny. :)
