I get a genuine feeling of first time watching with Babu and the others. I dont know anything behind cinephiles reacts, but seeing all the modern pop culture film posters in the background makes me feel like they're just acting about seeing it all for the first time for views. They're on the younger side and in a modern home theater. Hard to believe they haven't seen all those films ever in their life. They even have a SW poster on their wall along with LOTR. Of course, the chance they're in someone else's home theater and watching for the first time is a possibility too@@bubblesculptor

@@Lucas-ck1po The Luke storyline in the sequels I actually don't have a problem with, the way he outsmarts Kylo in ep VIII is pretty badass to me, it's just the idiotic return of palpatine and the whole first order thing that defeats the whole purpouse of the sacrifices made in the original trilogy. If it were up to me I wouldn't have even shown them the prequels. But whatever, Return of the Jedi is just a great ending to the saga. Leave it at that please.

Babu and Raeen might be interested to know that Warwick Davis, who played Wicket (the first Ewok we meet) was only 11 years old when he was cast in the role. He has also played several cameo roles throughout the series, including a spectator at the Boonta Eve pod-race in 'Phantom Menace'. He also played Professor Flitwick throughout the Harry Potter series of films. The scene with the Force Ghosts originally included Sebastian Shaw, the actor in the Darth Vader suit when Luke took his helmet off. After the prequel trilogy, the producers digitally replaced him with Hayden Christiansen, who played the adult Anakin.

Raeen is very clever, his question about the young AnakinS appearance is perfect, it's a posterior (late) altering in that movie. The scene originally featured Sebastian Shaw, but it was replaced with Hayden Christensen himself."

Raeen feels the DAMAGE. 42:16 Somehow, the Ewoks have turned one of the most peaceful man in in the world into a *WAR MACHINE* 🤣 44:28 The shield generator goes KA-BOOM. Babu: 🙌 Raeen: colour me impressed. 45:20 Anakin yeets the Emperor down the reactor shaft. Babu and Raeen: 🎉👏👏🎉 46:20 Anakin wants his helmet out to see his son with his own eyes. Raeen feels 🌟 _THE MOMENT_ 🌟 47:08 Anakin dies. Raeen: "Luke is crying". Babu: _"HiS fATheR iS dEAd"_ 47:42 Vive la Resistance! Babu: 🎉 _PARTYYY!_ 🎉 48:31 "It's my brother". Raeen: THE TEEEA ☕Babu: "He should be careful because Luke is his brother in law now", then proceeds to say "Hi" 👍 to an Ewok. 🤣 49:10 About Diwali celebrations, how evil has come to an end, and welcoming aliens to Rajasthan. 49:51 Of course Babu would start singing and dancing as soon as the Ewok party kicks in. 😂 50:14 The spirits of Obi-Wan, Yoda and Anakin show up. Babu and Raeen: 😲😲 50:56 "Return of the Jedi" is Babu's favourite. 52:18 Raeen: "The story is over". Yes. Absolutely, Raeen. 100% over. *SO* over. Done. Finito. 54:09 To answer your question with few words, Raeen: Lucas' restless producer syndrome. It's a thing. 🙃

1. Best guess is that Han was Jabba's "trophy" for about a year and a half before the rescue. 2. Vader discovered Leia as Luke's sister because he could feel it through Luke. Luke didn't know that until just before then. 3. Luke's light saber is green because he lost his old one along with his hand so they decided to make it green because it worked better in the desert background landscape. 4. Everybody is freaking out because Luke and Leia kissed mostly because she was trying to piss off Han. They didn't know they are related. 5. The "I love you. I know" was written into the script to get Leia the shot to say it to Han. 6. This was Warrick Davis'/Lead Ewok first acting gig. He was only 13. Willow is his lead with Val Kilmer and worth a first time/share.😎 7. Awesome camera work with the race through the forest. Nobody in their right mind would go that fast. 8. A little corn. Hans' reaction to Leia telling him Luke is her brother. 9. Jedi is plural. With Luke and Leia leading the way they can reestablish the Jedi back into the galaxy. 10. Ford wanted Han to die in this episode. 11. This is the best of the original 6 George Lucas Star Wars. After this he sold it to Disney, and everything changed. Sadly

It's okay to tell Raheen that: In 1997, Episodes 4, 5, and 6 were re-mastered and theatrically re-released as the "Special Editions." For the re-release, in addition to extensive clean-up and restoration work, George Lucas also made a number of changes to the films in order to "finish the films the way it was meant to be".

Editing Anakin's original actor out of the ghost shot does slightly make me go "how wude!" but I can appreciate how the alteration ties the whole heptalogy together, and can accept it on that (high) ground. I had the original on VHS when I was a youngling, so I got to see both.

1, 2 & 3... Rogue One, then 4, 5 & 6.... Perfect selection for a full saga reaction 🙏, this has been overall a wonderfull experience and magical to watch. Hope you stop here, it would be wrong for them to see any of the stuff we got after 6 and go on a confusing, disjointed and pesimistic note. Please let them remember Star Wars as a great story set in a wonderfull and creative universe, made by a legendery author and director with a vision; not as a great thing that was ruined by corporations and activists decades later without the persimsion, cosultation or blessing of the creator. Rogue One was all they needed to see from Disnet Wars. This is perfect as it is IMHO.

I loved this trilogy as a child, and I got to see this movie at the cinema when it was first released. I never understood some of the adult concepts like how many people died when then the rebels blew up the Death Star. The general population of the Death Star was close to two million. Of that, about 1.2 million were personnel who kept the station running, ranging from those who fired the super weapon to the humble janitors. All murdered. Or also how weak the Stormtroopers armor was if a few thrown rocks could take them down. Still, a great movie and now even more fun with Babu yelling as his best Chewie impersonation! 🤣

It has been wonderful seeing them see Star Wars. I think this reaction series together with the LoTR are my favorites. I'm curious to see how they would react to a Star Wars series like Andor. It's the best written Star Wars on television, though it doesn't involve any Jedi or Force stuff. I think they would appreciate the marvellous story for what it is.

Another dark bit of Jabba's Palace is highlighting that droids very much can experience genuine pain and fear and similar. Most of the time it's not activated(or even installed), but can be enabled in pretty much any droid. Makes you re-evalute a lot of the interactions with them throughout the films...
