Just now hearing this song for the first time. My advice to people going through difficult times is always "REMEMBER: JUST BREATHE". But I always seem to forget to breathe myself. I can give the greatest of advice, but can't seem heed it myself. I absolutely NEEDED to hear this song right now. Going through something with a guy who decided to be a douche and try and start another relationship with someone else... pretty much in my face as we were all in the same group chat for a game we play. I wish I had heard this earlier today as my anxiety has gone through the roof. I absolutely love this song. And will use it as a constant reminder to just breathe.
