Villar City the 'new center of gravity' of Metro Manila.
Villar and his family recently led the opening of Villar Avenue, a 6.2 kilometer road that will serve as the main road of his latest property development venture, Villar City.
According to Villar, the city project will become the "new center of gravity" of Metro Manila.
"The opening of Villar Avenue, the main artery of our 3,500-hectare landmark venture, Villar City, will seamlessly connect the 15 satellite cities comprising the Villar City.

Welcome to Villar City! #VillarCreations #VillarCity," the chairman of the Villar Group said in an Instagram post.
Villar was accompanied by his three children, Vista Land president and CEO Manuel Paolo Villar, Sen. Mark Villar and House Deputy Speaker and Las Piñas Rep. Camille Villar, during the inauguration of the new road.

This part of Cavite is not an agricultural land. Dine decongest nga ang Manila kaya tama lang itong Villar City. Yung mga Agricultural land sa probinsya yun.

Mataas ba ang elevation ng area na yan? Ang pangit sa city saten is puro nasa low elevated area kaya sobra init ehh. Maganda sana kung magroon tayo ng mga CBD na ma build sa mga high elevated area tulad ng sa baguio or cordillera region
