One of my all time favorite bands. The first gig of theirs that I attended was the infamous Irving Plaza NYC show back in late 2004 (iirc), where Ville got progressively drunk on, you guessed it, Jaegermeister and beer. People were walking out. I was hooked, and rarely missed seeing them after that.

I think it’s the beard and hair that makes him look way older here in 2003. There are videos of him in 2005 where he doesn’t have this beard and he looks great
