My take on this: This was when eclipse had his body, earth was already here, lunar hasn't died yet and Sun already killed BM. Sun was suffering from Moon's emotional abuse, sometimes physical and how he constantly hide things from him, how he constantly distance himself, how he refused to let sun help him with his problem and the KC. Sun negative emotions started to build up and eventually he snapped and he turned to violence to everyone that doubted or did him wrong. Lunar killed for comparing him to someone he despises so much, so he did it to show Lunar an Eclipse thing would do if he thinks of him as Eclipse. Eclipse killed because Sun is done with him, and wanted him gone since he believes Eclipse is one of the reasons why everything went to The dumps. The magic sun use is out of pure emotions and negativity, therefore unstable.

I HAVE A THEORY! so we all know that moon has to kill someone to bring solar back right? So what if moon tried to kill sun? HEAR ME OUT! moon can't kill luner because Monty and earth would most likely hate him for the rest of his life (don't get me wrong sun would be angry too but I think he would be a tad bit more forgiving) he can't kill earth for the same reason but with luner and he can't kill Monty for also the same reason He can't kill ruin because he is kidnapped and killed (this is about a week from ruin being kidnapped) by the molten Freddy thing and he can't kill eclipse because he ran away in order to not be killed (again future thing) he also can't kill anyone else because other people still care about them He has battled himself about killing sun multiple times and even oppted to killing himself for solar but at this point that is a last resort and he can't do that because he has a lot of things he wants to live for Also sun doesn't have a "buddy" per say that he is supper close to because luner has earth Monty has foxy and puppet and moon has solar That is why moon was so content on bringing solar back He knows that everyone will be mad at him but no one will be more mad at him than himself so it was ether find eclipse (which will take about a month) or kill his brother So let's just say that he decided no I won't kill my brother ill just look for eclipse instead after months of searching he findes out someone already killed eclipse and now he is permanently dead so moon is now FORCED to go to the last resort which is sun Moon tries to kill sun with one of the barreles so that he has a backup story incase anyone asked BUT moon ended up failling to kill him and it lead sun to feel betrayed and angry Also the reason sun attacked luner is because luner tried to stop sun and made the mistake of bringing up him killing blood moon and got sun even MORE angry I KNOW THIS ISN'T THE KIND OF THING MOON WOULDENT DO BUT THIS JUST POPED IN MY HEAD PLEASE DON'T COME AFTER ME! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
