Oh i have seen it... a few streets in the center were fixed. The rest is untouched since USSR

You mean the sleeping districts with commie blocks? Those are not going away anytime soon, but buildings are getting renovated and more green public spaces fill in the gaps. Must have been a long time ago, things are changing rather fast
