Viltrox tends to copy existing designs, so I'm going to guess this is basically a copy of the Sony 20mm F/1.8. That's why it's "13mm APS-C".

Sigma and Tamron will be allowed to make RF lenses. Canon doesn't want its lens designs stolen by Viltrox.
