ഇത് ചെയ്യരുത് എന്നാണ് Show room ന് തരുന്ന നിർദ്ദേശം... താങ്കൾ ഇപ്പോൾ പറഞ്ഞത് തന്നെ ആണ് main reason. വെള്ളം ഇതിന്റെ അടിയിൽ പോയാൽ അത് dry ആവാതെ നനഞ്ഞ് തന്നെ ഇരിക്കും പിന്നെ തുരുമ്പിക്കും.. പിന്നെ 10 lakh, above range വരുന്ന വാഹനങ്ങളിൽ കാല് വെക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് ഒക്കെ സെൻസർ വരുന്നുണ്ട് പിന്നെ wire ഉം.. ഇതിനൊക്കെ ഇത് പാര ആണ്.. 2 വീതം floor mat Use ചെയ്താ മതി.. box type ആ നല്ലത്.. അഥവാ താഴെ ഉള്ള mat നനഞ്ഞാലും അത് ഉണങ്ങിക്കോളും.. മുകളിൽ വിനൈൽ ഇട്ടാൽ ഉണങ്ങൂല. അതാണ് തുരുമ്പിക്കാൻ കാരണം... ഞാൻ എന്റെ friends ഒക്കെ ഇത് ആണ് follow ചെയ്യുന്നത്..

എന്റെ കാറിൽ (Corolla 2012) Floor നനയുന്ന അവസ്ഥയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. Drain cap താഴെ തപ്പിയപ്പോൾ കിട്ടി അതു തുറന്നു വച്ച് floor ൽ അമർത്തി ചവിട്ടിപ്പിടിച്ചു. താഴെ drain hole വഴി വെള്ളം drain ആവാൻ തുടങ്ങി. ഒരു വിധം എല്ലാം clear ചെയ്തു. പക്ഷെ car ഒന്ന് ഓടി വന്നപ്പോഴേക്കും വീണ്ടും വെള്ളം. കുറെ നോക്കി പിന്നെയാണ് സംഭവം പിടി കിട്ടിയത്. Passenger side ൽ കാല് വക്കുന്ന ഭാഗത്ത് floor mat ന്റെ അടിയിലായി ഒരു Drain tube ഉണ്ട്. അതിന്റെ joint വിട്ടു. A/c ടെ drain water ആയിരുന്നു അത്.

But നമ്മുടെ കേരളത്തിലെ കാലാവസ്ഥക്ക് vinayil flooring ഒരുപാട് ഗുണം ചെയ്യും...പക്ഷെ നമ്മുടെയെല്ലാം പ്രശ്നം എന്താണെന്നു വെച്ചാൽ വണ്ടി എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ നമ്മളിതെല്ലാം ചെയ്യും പിന്നീട് ഇതിനു ഡാമേജ് വരുന്നത് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കില്ല.. ഇനി കണ്ടാൽ തന്നെ ആ ഭാഗം റിപ്പയർ ചെയ്യില്ല മുഴുവൻ ഡാമേജ് ആവാൻ കാത്തിരിക്കും ഇതിനു ചിലപ്പോൾ മാസങ്ങൾ വര്ഷാങ്ങൾ എടുക്കും.. ഈ ഗ്യാപ്പിൽ ഇതിനുള്ളിൽ വെള്ളവും ചെളിയും അടിഞ്ഞു ബോഡിക്കു തുരുമ്പ് വരാൻ തുടങ്ങും...
