Agreed. With all due respect to Bill Conti, whose scores improved upon the first three films, his style wouldn't have fit with Rocky IV. That said, I'd love to hear what Conti would've come up with for the scene where Paulie's robot is introduced. 🤖Happy Birthday Paulie🤖

I was 4 years old, first movie my parents took me out to see. I'm still mesmerized to this day. Anyone know why he only did a few film scores? Probably his other works were more important to him. I respect that very much. But I'm a score artist and fan because of Vince. Yeah, still recovering from seeing Apollo getting killed in the ring when I was only 4 in a huge theater. The funeral haunted me more cause that confirmed I just saw a guy kill another guy and telling reporters "If he dies? He dies" . Those were the days
