@@DisposableEgo Back then that was the answer. Today the new answer is not correcting those past mistakes. Most of us just mind our damn business. But not acting to change things leave alot of open scars waiting to be felt with any triggering moment. As a black man, I know great family and friends of all races, and horrible people equally. No one today is the blame. But it's like if it's mold in your walls before you buy your house just painted over, you as the new owner will still be affected by the previous owner not fixing the problem before covering it up and passing it on to you.

WOW LADIES SUCH A NICE COMMENT ( NOT ‼️ ) I have a feeling that they may have a little prejudice nature’s just because they say all black people look alike doesn’t mean that the black man they accused is the right one obviously there was something that the judge saw that made him believe that this man was JUDGED UNFAIRLY OR HE WOULDN’T HAVE LET HIM OUT‼️ I wonder if those ladies realize that people in any race can look the same as someone else not just black people. If the white man would have left the black man and women and children where they found them then we wouldn’t have so much prejudice in the world but they abducted them from their own country and brought them to America because those white men were lazy if they weren’t then their would be no need to take them from their home and enslave them ‼️ The white man brought hatred when they brought them here they never had a chance to prove that they were just as human as another race the statement these ladies made mean’s that it could have been another black man because as they said they all look alike makes you wonder doesn’t it ⁉️⁉️🤔

She was/is DEFINITELY the one pulling the strings and the other one is nothing but a mere puppet saying what she's told to say and couldnt even keep the lie tight n right. Their day of judgment will come.

Gerechtigheid. Klasse Vincent goed gedaan. Rik

It’s most likely a huge reason as to why he was imprisoned for almost a half of a century. So, in my humble opinion, I think it is appropriate to announce he is a black man, who is released after a judge admitted he did NOT get a fair trial, and the prosecutor stated they would NOT retry him…

It's so many brothers and sisters that are in prison right now dying inside bc nobody is listening to their plea for help. Once we in society see ppl in prison we automatically assume they are guilty of the crime. It's time we think differently. The flood gates are starting to open up and I'm praying my cousin is released next bc I know he's innocent also. He's been fighting for 18 yrs now. It's not easy bc once they convict you they want that gate to stay closed. Freeourppl

“Even though prosecutors believe Simmons is guilty, they declined to retry the case after Simmons' lengthy incarceration, and Simmons was released from prison.” But notice all these zombies saying he should be free after one KZbin video.. society is doomed

Most of us saw more then just this one video. Of course they don't want to say he is innocent and they railroaded him. The facts not mentioned here are he was offered a deal to get out but wouldn't take it because he said he was not a sex offender and didn't want to be labeled one. The medical examiner said no evidence of any rape and one girl was still a virgin so they hid that and switched to he only raped one. The one that wasn't a virgin admitted to having sex with their cousin that a night and since she was 9 years old so for past 5 years. The police line up had him in handcuffs when they identified him. He had an alibi. No evidence not only of a rape but no evidence that he was ever even in the car. Plus their stories switched up many times. The cousin that raped the one girl said that he locked the one sister in trunk and had sex with the other to his friend but then denied it when confronted.

No evidence of sexual assault . 100% Racist Jury. No one cared to re -open the case. It took 44 years for this poor man to get out of prison for a crime he did not commit. The crime is that he had to sit in prison for the majority of his life because two girls back in the day decided to cry rape and blame it on the black man. How does this happen? Unfortunately, this is one of many cases I’m sure. Darn shame!

I know one of these women didn't say all blacks look alike. It's hard to tell if they did or didn't know who attempted the rape. My best guess is they knew exactly who committed the crime. But they wanted a black convicted because they were raised to be racist.
