we NEED a lawyer like him here in Avoyelles Parish!!!! we need people who are for the people!!! who dig and can tell the truth from the lies told!!! ones that don't give up!!! so many are wrongfully accused!! wrongfully convicted!!! publicly shamed!!! they robbed this poor man of his life!!! I wonder if people understand how much worth and value there is for this Lawyers life. It is men like him that create change and contribute to abolishing systems that keep an unnecessary divide. If they were abused they deserve real justice and the person responsible should be held accountable. If they lied about the facts then they too should be held accountable. It is time for justice reform because the system is flawed and consistently abused.

Vincent Simmons did not get a fair trial but this attorney did not prove his innocence. He just exploited loopholes in the system and mistakes in the original trial. I want to see all of the evidence and witness testimony before I decide who’s innocent. It’s very unlikely that they could all pick the same man out of a lineup if they were lying. I also feel like it’s tragic and unrelated that one of the victims was sexually assaulted by her older cousin. Lastly, the supposed “line up photo” in obviously not a line up. No one is lined up and they are not in the standard police line up room.
