Got caught in this when I was out with my friends. Lightning struck a block away from us and it was one of the craziest things I have ever experienced.

If you've got headphones, create a playlist, and put it on at bedtime each night, or play one of them here on KZbin, and you'll have no problems falling asleep. That's what I've done.
