Never trust these reviews . I had purchased a Panasonic AC after watching all these reviews but my very first experience with Panasonic was a nightmare for me . First day I came to know that the AC is not cooling at all during installation time . Brand technician gave me the job sheet mentioning the replacement need. Since then I have been waiting and even after 1 month of waiting I have not received my AC . Panasonic has worst after sales service. No one gonna tell you the real experience here. Never opt for Panasonic AC if you want a peace of mind.

Hi Sir. You are truly influential. Your guidance is truly appreciated. I purchased carrier 3* 1.5T Unit. Wanted to bring to your notice that copper pipes were missing from the sealed box. On questing the technician he did agree that atleast 10 % on online units sold have this issue from the manufacturer (emerging scam ??) What is the point of buying online to save 3 to 4 K when we end up paying the difference amount for the missing accessories. Ps - there was an option to return the product and get a replacement. But the effort and the hassle around this is ridiculous. Sad to see the brands playing cheap tricks for online exclusive models.
