0:06 "Dead-HeartMan" is a joke on "Die-Hardman" and other similar naming conventions of the characters in Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding which Vinny played for one stream. You can also eat floating slug bugs to restore health in that game. There you go, I explained the joke and sucked out all the funny juice out of it. Mmm, delicious.
