twitch turned to shit. it was good when it was all about speedrunning in 2015, but they got greedy and turned into shit. speedrunning would be even more popular in 2024 if it werent for that. think of all the epic shit people would had done in games. atleast that requires talent unlike being a tidi streamers and a grifter. ikr, i felt inspired to try to actually make a weird game on my own, about the things i find cool. Cuz, its like the creator just put stuff in the game because they found it fun, and it i think that shows that this is exactly what makes games fun. I always thought that making games needs to be done in a certain way because "that's how its done and its not a real thing otherwise" and that I don't have the skill for that yet or something, but I guess it's more like just: do whatever as long as you like it lol
