Quck Info: "Scorpion" is the code name of Hanzo Hasashi, formerly one of the finest warriors of the Shirai Ryu, a Japanese ninja clan. The key to fighting the AI is to know the exploits. It can't be fought normally, as it will instantly counter you, unfairly (you press the button, the AI does the move). Manipulating it is the only option as it's so unfairly programmed.

You must accept that the AI in MK2 has the ability to perform actions that human players cannot. I dont ever play MK2 arcade mode anymore because of things like that.

M Luminoth I actually found an exploit,it might not work using all the characters but it works with most of them,and only with hard mode fighters(starting from the 3rd one in a row),sometimes if you are close to them and then jump backwards and do a punch or kick in the air(doesnt matter which)he will not move for a sec and then he will jump forward but not attack at all,that gives you the chance to hit the opponent with say scorpion's spear,do that over and over and you are a winner,also,if you get cornered,just accept it by crouching and letting him throw you to the other side cause its next to impossible to escape otherwise without getting damaged too much

MK 3 was indeed where they lost touch with the original mortal kombat feel. It went from Creepy Violent Bloodlust On Planet Asia to Murica Kombat. Especially with the introduction of characters like that fat fuck Cop Guy or whatever his name is. If I wanted policemen fighting robots in a subway, I would watch Robocop! Wrong, in MK 2, very rarely when you are playing as Scoprion and you fuck up the game enough the screen will flash Error Macro and Scorpion's ninja suit will turn red. Other ways Ermac exists is if you find Jade, sometimes a message will pop up and say Ermac Who?
