I don't think that counts because Turok was always more of a first-person platformer than a regular shooter. Also as someone else said, PoV affects everything in the game. I think this would be okay if there was a Doom 2016-style revival of Turok alongside it, something that is new but respectful to what came before - Doesn't have to be exactly like the old ones for me to be happy. I'll probably like Turok Origins, the devs make good games, but it won't scratch the itch I've had since Turok 2, as there hasn't been a single game that truly follows up on ideas brought up by 2. Metroid Prime came the closest but that's it. I think I might get a better Turok game out of Metroid Prime 4 than from Turok Origins, is what I'm saying.
