The final boss fight. Biggest pet peeve is when game makers make a final boss fight so frustrating you end up beating the game with a really negative mood and it makes the game feel like it wasn't as worth playing, even if it was good.

There would be the familiar locations (i.e. fightyplace, signville etc), but it would be a different game with its own concepts to bring to the table. I believe the distinction he has established is that LFG is for Le Fantabulous Game (this version), and TFG is for The Fantabulous Game (the aforementioned continuity which would be sold on Steam). Honestly, the titling rivals the silliness of Nintendo's marketing campaign, but I digress.

In case anyone is curious about the copyrighted audio, turns out it was most likely because of the battle theme from Shamrock King which is a song called "Ievan Polkka" by the band Korpiklaani, I tried finding the song on youtube again and turns out every good quality version of the song that is not uploaded officialy by Korpiklaani has been taken down.

Strip away the Egglike-genre parts of this game (misspelling, memes, bizarre architecture and style, and overall shitiness) and you end up with something very similar to the style of game that came out just as 3D platforming picked up steam. Especially the boss battle with S.H.A.M. and the telegraphed attacks, weak spots, and the like. Essentially, the game as a whole, minus all of the purposely bad parts, comes off to me as a love letter to the games of the early 3D N64/PSX era.

He meant that there's no "save-state" button to save your position. If you restart the game, you go back to the hub no matter if you saved or not.
