I had extra controllers so I was able to have the other characters in bubbles until the end, then pop them, have them all ready to jump on the flag, then quickly switch to have each character jump on the flag. Thanks to Rosalina being unlockable and me not knowing until I had already beaten all the levels I still had to replay them each about twice more with my strategy but it helped
