Punch Trunk is indeed based on a Looney Tunes cartoon by Chuck Jones, the audio is lifted right out of it. Kind of bewildering someone would go out of their way to develop a game based on that cartoon out of any of the other ones. I suppose the concept lends itself the best to a Goose Game, Goat Simulator-esque romp.

By the way, 4D miner doesn't tell you how to get started, but since you don't have any 4D objects of your own yet, you can do nothing but break leaves to try and get a hyper-stick. from there you can dig dirt and kill Hyper-spiders to get a 4-ball rock and some hyper-silk for a hammer, from there it's like your minecraft playthrough but 4D, as you can mine ores with that.

It seems like the thing that most games with playable/rideable birds get wrong is the fact that no bird except the kolibri can hover or fly straight up/down. They're always in motion and the closest I've seen any game come to replicating how it probably feels to be a bird is community created ornithopters in Besiege.

4D is to 3D space as is 3D is to 2D. as a 3D being, you can only see a cross section of 4D space without moving along the 4th axis, nothing changes, but if you move along that 4th dimension you see different cross section of space. you cannot see the 4th dimension but you do exist in it, just only on 3 axis, much like a 2D character can only move and see on 2 axis.

That 4D Miner game is really interesting, it's almost as if the game has a set of different worlds all slightly varied from one another and as you scroll the mousewheel it sort of transitions slowly between the terrain of two adjacent worlds until you fully enter the terrain of the new 3D space, then it goes onto the next one. Call it a "delta axis" of vision, you can see the transitory state between worlds as you hop from one set of terrain to the next seamlessly.

In 4D Miner, you can only break leaves with your bare hands to get sticks, then with sticks you can break dirt to get rocks and kill spiders for silk, and then, with all those items, you can craft a hammer to harvest wood, stone, and ore. Also, you should actually play the tutorial instead of skimming it, it gives a pretty good explanation of what is going on.

My understanding of the 4d Miner game is that you essentially have 3 worlds that overlap. One is stable and is where the player exsists. The other 2 worlds can rotate individualy. The stable world is formed when the other two worlds interact.

@@adamdenardis5438 In the interest of avoiding the obvious joke here, I'll respond by saying that there isn't much here in terms of original content that you can't get in a game like Minecraft. And the Dragon Quest Builders games are basically that plus a storyline and NPCs that contribute to major battles, as well as unique stipulations for each map. It just doesn't feel like there's much here that I haven't seen before.
