Great groove. My thoughts are that when Steve Gadd and Steward Copeland had a child than the result was Vinnie Colaiuta. He has the skills, the groove and his energy is like a young dog. From Zappa to Chick Corea to Sting enz. He would fit in with Toto also. Awesome drummer.Respect!

If I remember correctly, Vin uses the Moeller method, which encourages using all limbs associated with drumming in order to play forever. Meaning, nothing is isolated. One not only uses the wrists, but the arms and shoulders as well.

What a lot of drummers dont have are those supple wrists. Alan Parsons take note the live drummer in your touring band is atrocious. Stiff and I was shocked at the level of his playing. At least you are smart enough to use Vinnie on your album. His skill level and musical intelligence really leaves a lot of drummers behind.
@macduvet63973 жыл бұрын
I’m sure Alan will take note when the great “Villaboy” is conveying his brilliance. The touring drummer also recorded “The Secret” and is fantastic. Always some random asshole Troll in the comments. Pathetic
@colinblades34743 жыл бұрын
@@macduvet6397 couldn’t agree more. The fact that this clip has nothing to do with the Alans live drummer leads me to believe this Villaboy is a shitpig troll. Alan can hire anyone he wants and his current drummer without a doubt is simply bad ass. Get a life and a clue Villaboy you angry shitpig troll.
