Here’s a song from an early show in Cremona, Italy, from the CPW EU tour, 2024. Dave says "we’re still learning/searching how to end it! lol"
John Patitucci wrote this one for Chick Corea and Thelonius Monk. This is a very special trio, with an individually long history (Dave first met Joey when he was 15!)

A lot of names are mentioned when drummers talk about the best. In my opinion Dave can do it all and flawlessly at that. I’ve been following him since the around ‘90 and he never ceases to amaze me. Just when you think he’s out of ideas he produces another wow moment. The GOAT in my book! 🙌

Joey is the most underrated pianist on the piano jazz Olympus. He is mostly only known for his collaboration with Michael Brecker. His own albums are brilliant. 34 years ago I was able to attend a master class with him. Great guy! And great trio, of course
