Gisela is responsible for stirring up a lot of anger in the community toward Jen. If the police found nothing after thoroughly searching Jen's and Maddie’s phones, iCloud accounts, and all the electronics in their house, it clearly indicates that Jen did not know and wasn’t involved in what happened to Maddie. Gisela spreads gossip and encourages bullying. The investigators have done an excellent job in this case. They worked tirelessly to locate Maddie’s body so quickly and made an arrest of SS very quickly as well. They were on top of it. They carefully tracked every single move SS made while he tried to act sneaky. If they’ve concluded that Jen did nothing wrong, then Gisela has a responsibility to respect that. Investigators aren't usually this good.

G does NOT do drama and certainly anyone with a brain can piece things together and come to the conclusion that Jenn Soto was at the very LEAST negligent. If you look at the documents that have been released you will see that these police departments have had some messy investigations, cops "accidentally" leaking crime scene phones(Maddies), releasing information of other inmates in SS reports, etc. They messed this investigation up, they messed up the proffer. Putting blame on G for the hatred toward Jenn, but not putting any blame on Jenn for Maddie's ABUSE is CRAZY!

The maun thing with Jen is every interview after finding out Sterns molested and probably Murdered Maddie, she shows no anger or anything other then defensiveness when speaking of Sterns..."He only had 2 bites" . Shes OFF. I think the exuse of him coming to help her because she's working is completely made up. She even says that she went ti take her pills SUNDAY NIGHT and realized she missed a day. She's lying and still protecting him. And she cant risk sleeping with Maddie? We're they drugging her for photos? And telling the dad that nobody better film her under the bathroom door, then we find out Stephan does that to roommates? She knew!

She is prescribed anti-anxiety medication (lorazapam) and bipolar medication (Ziprasidone aka Geodon) that is reported to have the side effect of dulling emotions as it is used to control bipolar mood swings. I imagine she takes her anxiety medication before talking to the police since she seems like the type of person who always wants to be medicated (or maybe always needs to be medicated I don't know I'm not a doctor) But I think the medication is one of the main reasons we all feel weird about the way she acts. Also bipolar is pretty serious and makes you weird too

IF she was as "hyper-vigilant" as she claimed she was...this would have NEVER happened. Any hyper-viligance she may have had, obviously wasn't where Maddie and Stephan were concerned. I have a feeling that she knew what was going on, I can see that she's a low self-esteem woman, for the failing of all her past relationships. There's a very strong possibility that to keep Stephan in her life, she made the decision to allow all of this to happen and ignore voluntarily and comply with her daughter's sexual abuse and molestation. She knows about the crime and her daughter's murder since the very beginning.

She got a lawyer and then the police subpoenaed her to interview because her lawyer told her not to talk to them. The investigators subpoenaed her and since that was their one chance to talk to her they also offered derivative immunity so they could get as much information as possible

Parents have been sent to Prison for buying their child a gun and uses it. Jennifer Soto has a mental concern for certain. She does take medication and was on disability and worked part time. She had to know something was going on but did nothing. Charges need to be made on Jennifer for allowing her daughter to be raped repeatedly and eventually murdered by Sterns. We are unaware of autopsy results, this will be interesting to know if dear Madeline was pregnant and what was in her body before her demise.

SS most likely groomed/emotionally manipulated jen in order to maintain access to Maddie. His parents told us he is a liar and gaslighter. If the cops found nothing after going through Jen's and Maddie's phone, icloud accounts, and all electronics in the house and found nothing then it certainly means _she did not know._ and wasn't part of what happened to Maddie The investigators have done an amazing job in this case. I'm proud they worked so hard to find Maddie's body so early and made an arrest of SS so quickly. They saw every single move SS did while he was trying to be sneaky. They will absolutely get all the justice for Maddie she deserves.

They didnt see a child coming and going, except for Madeline, and the mother admitted that he admitted directly to her that he and Madeline sleep together becasue she has a hard time sleeping. I find it nearly impossible that he lived with his parents his entire life except for a year, but they didn't catch glimpses of the computer as they passed by? Sure he'd be on high alert, but even if they didnt see the image they'd have to wonder why he was nervous around them. His mother's letter to him in jail and phone calls say otherwise, what i heard.
