This is useful for b2b traffic, but not in a moving traffic (means traffic flow moves forward in less than 2 sec on stop and go). Starter motor, spark plug, injector and high pressure pump and MAP sensor will get more wear and tear because of this but if we take good maintenance, car will be good. Overall this feature will save more fuel than manual ignition off and will be comfortable for us. 😊

If it's traffic not stop then idle start stop won't work as it can predict we are in traffic slow moving or staying still in traffic stop.

Hi Bro, Just bought a Creta SX O. Idle start stop immediately stops the engine when come to 0 speed. Is that correct? I heard it will wait few seconds and then stops the engine. Can you help me understand? Thanks for the info

Idle stop start will take a few seconds and the engine stops . I have an automatic car so when I release the break it automatically starts

Yes I had that few times when I stopped for a sec immediately it stops the cars but u can release the clutch and accelerate immediately . It's the main reason I hate that
