spinach cake is one of the most popular polish cakes btw, you would normally make a pound cake with frozen spinach in it, then crumble some of it of the top, put whipped cream, blueberries and mushroom-shaped mini chocolates with the crumbles on top, we would call that forest moss and its like heaven

I was shocked by the fact that people associate pistachio with savory… we as Arabs mostly ever use it for sweets! There’s so so so many Arabic sweets with pistachio. And the white chocolate with chips wasn’t so weird bcz just likes Reese’s, salty and sweet go together !

The quinoa thing is kinda giving me cranachan vibes, and you should *definitely* make cranachan sometime! It's oats (I like to use steel cut/pinhead oats, but you can use rolled oats too) toasted with honey and served kinda parfait style with fresh raspberries and whipped cream flavored with scotch whisky. It normally uses a good amount of alcohol but you can make it without the booze (though I'm sure all the Scottish people are screaming no😅). So good!!

I have a recipe for blackbean brownies, and also you don't have to cook them! you're are going to need 2 cups of black beans -250g of dates, previously soaked and without the seed inside, you can substitute with any sweet dried fruit like raisins or dried plums, but this is really good with dates. -100 g shredded coconut, not coconut flakes cause expensiveee bish -100g oat flour (just oats on a blender and tadá, oat flour) -100g dark cocoa/bitter one -1 tsp of istant coffee -1 tsp of vanilla essence -lemon and orange zest, as much as you want extra: -chopped walnuts -cranberries First blend the dates, when this is done, you could add the beans, later the coconut, oat flour, cocoa, and the rest. The extras can be done when the mix is ready. Is going to be very thick, that's why you can do it step by step on a blender cause I burned mine one time by pouring dates (full, not even a paste) with beans and all the dry ingredients loool, I learned my lesson. You can put it on a baking pan and fridge them a little bit, or taste right away. This recipe is from sweetfran, she makes healthy stuff (and vegan/vegetarians options), and she's very known in Chile -my country-. Wish you make them, they seem better than the ones you make in this video. Hope this helps someboy!

As a pistachio lover i don’t know well but in Turkey, pistachio had different tastes or roasting options because some of them is salty and kinda savory (mostly using for normally eat) but some of them is just so sweet and using in a dessert and they are all named with different cities so I don’t know which one is which lol

We make a spinach cake in Turkey, but not in this way, we just puree the spinach and add it to the normal cake mix and cover it with cream. actually we do this because it looks like a pistachio cake because pistachio is expensive and people think it's pistachio of cours think youre rich to😂
