Absolutely! To start I used a degreaser to break down the grime (I usually use a combination of vinegar and dawn dish soap), then I used a brass cleaner for tarnish, & finally a car polish and shine for buffing. I posted a new video today restoring a Zildjian ride cymbal with a new cymbal polish! Check it out and let me know what you think :)
What was the cymbal cleaning salutation because that ate up the dirt pretty nicely 👌, I have a 1980's Japanese Swingstar Red Badge 12x8 racl Tom and a Japanese 1995 Tama Rockstar 👍

Your dad needs to unbutton one more shirt button and have some chest hair poking out, to be authentic to the 80s
