Nice eBike designs, their Chopptan has ques similar to the Stingray, if it was a step thru, had a raked slide back seat and Stingray dimension handlebars, it could pull it off. Wheelies on a eBike? Oh No! :)

Looks super cool but price seems kinda wack. You can get the WIRED Freedom for 2k and it comes with a 60V 20ah battery with 2200W Peak in class 3 offroad that will go close to 40mph. Again it looks cool though.
