Vintage buses in King's Lynn are featured in this film as part of the annual Heritage Open Day.
The film starts at the bus station with a trip on a 1966 Bristol bus past the classic car rally where a number of cars can be seen arriving. It is then off to The South Gate built in 1437 where some buses can be seen on trips before inside we see Civil War costumed characters and a meal from 1643. After returning to the bus station we then take a trip on a 1954 Eastern Counties Bristol Lodekka to South Quay where we see East Norfolk Militia and Clifton House a grand 18th Century merchant house. Some buses are featured before the World War II Shelters are briefly shown along with Kings Lynn Town Band and the Knights of Skirbeck on The Walks before returning to the bus station to see buses departing on trips later in the day.

The King's Lynn heritage open day itself was packed with things to do with so many churches and historic buildings opening and music and dancing and demonstrations you really were spoilt for choice as to where to go.
