The multicolor logo bag line from the 2005 era was typically called the IT collection. I used to work in a department store and sold them. Always wanted one but couldn't afford it back then.

@@lindabelcher5508 I've only seen the bucket bags, no backpacks in the store. I worked for Bon Ton ( now out of business). It doesn't mean it isn't real though. Make sure the stitching matches in color, isn't sloppy, and there is a tag inside with a serial number.

Now this watch is a great piece to have in your collection, yes that band hopefully won't be that hard to replace. I love the pink bling around the face of the watch. So pretty! I had one bag from Dooney & Bourke and it did get it's wear. I now exactly what you mean. Those bags are so durable. Love them! TFS

Love all your bags l. The bucket bag I thought that was a natural color. But knowing that it faded to that color yeah I would be upset too. But that’s awesome that they would let you send it back. That what makes me be a repeat customer.

Hello.I am sorry that happened to your bag.mine are doing good I put vinyl conditioner on Mine and they have done really well.dooney all leather can be heavy.in the cop's some women carrying them because of the weight.take care😍😊

Would love to see a video of you cleaning the bags and fixing the tassel’s. I have vintage DB and I’m afraid to do it without seeing someone else do it first. That also happened to one of my DB bags as well. It was a bubble gum pink one. Can’t remember the name of the bag.

I get upset every time I look at my bag. No they did not. They said it was nothing that could be done. I was given a credit towards another bag or have my bag sent back to me. I got my bag back.

I was told there is nothing that can be done. I just got this bag back from the DB repair department. I’ve been told by several DB lovers that I should cut the canvas leather off.

@@harrispartyof5 oh no! Cut the canvas off! I’ll just try in soak it in baking soda and vinegar and see what happens, if nothing happens I’ll probably use a leather restoration kit which is pretty much paint for leather, wish me luck haha

I have found a D&B bag that has discolored in the same manner as the one you have that has done the same thing. It was cream-colored once upon a time but is now faded to a nicotine-looking yellow. How did you contact D&B and get them to take a look at it? and how did that turn out?

D&B allowed me to send the bag in. Nothing could be done to fix and i didn’t like the offer they gave me. It has to be something I REALLY want for me to purchase from D&B.
