Thanks for sharing with us. Wonderful history lesson on early Ferraris. Such detail that shows the skill that body makers had back then. Cheers

Love this event! That yellow 275GTO was fantastic and I got to see them drive off - it rumbled just lovely-ly!

Richard - as always a simply stunning video. I had never seen the 330 GTC specials. Thanks

That 250 GTO spent many years in a British high school shop class! And to have spent another many years in a field.... I'm 78, I grew up on Road&Track magazine in my teens, I always lusted after cars like this, I would've LOVED to have gotten a car like this when they were just "old cars"!

@@3ducs you sound like me. I had 4 VDUBS, then 5 1/2 Spridgets... much later 2004 Mini Cooper S and 2006 Mini Cooper S...

Outstanding coverage Richard, as usual. I vote Richard for 'Best In Class' for reporting. But why must they obscure those beautiful interiors with their 'books'. Slip them under the seat, trunk, or anywhere out of sight.

@@JAMESBROWN-y8k that class was behind the rope beside the water, technically not aloud to go there, but I did get all the cars rolling into dawn patrol.

Beautiful cars. However, that wasn't Tom Hartley Jnr next to his / the GTO, but James Cottingham of DK Engineering. I enjoy your single make videos, more please.

I don't think that's Tom Hartley standing next to the GTO. Isn't that James Cottingham of DK Engineering?

The 250 GTO was a re-bodied and modified 250 SWB. The 275 wasn’t the production version of the GTO, the SWB was.
@guyspooner45803 ай бұрын
The 250 GTO was entirely original, the body you see here was the original which was put back on the car

Over restored, too perfect examples no longer impress me. The materials, the finishes, the overall fit was simply not this good when they were produced as new.
