Ah! Spotted The North Bay Winter Fur Carnival's mascot "Duke the Toque". I remember a song about the Fur Carnival that had a couple of lines that mentioned the mascot and went something like: "All you people, clap your hands Come and dance to all the bands. Duke the Toque, will meet you there With fun and laughter everywhere!" After seeing this video did a quick look in You Tube and it is not posted but if you do a Google search, a couple of sites claim they can sell original 45RPM records and even a MP3.
