Happy Saturday! This was great Sue, love Francie and friends such pretty dolls. I like how Mattel included that tiny eyelash brush with Francie, so cool. Some of these dolls go for such high prices now, hello no bangs Francie and Black Francie lol😀 The fashions too have really climbed in prices. I read an interview with Twiggy and she said not only did she wear false bottom lashes she would paint on lashes too with liquid liner to get her trademark look. Those custom dolls are very well done thanks for sharing! 💖💖💖

Truth be told I don't love the Casey face much, I did have a hand-me-down Twiggy growing up and I thought she was kind of ugly lol. But I can definitely appreciate the "mod" look of the doll and I love the clothes that were made for Twiggy. And of course I wish I still had that Twiggy! Also, thanks for sharing Barbies from your followers' collections, very cool to see what treasures others have!

I think they are cute, but my favorite is theTNT face or PJ face. Which they call the Steffie face. Seems to me PJ had it first) lol But I could be wrong. Did like the old Francie Face. I had a Twiggy long time ago too. I also thought she was ugly. I sold her. I guess she is growing on me now. Like her more than I used too. Thanks for commenting. I Love sharing others pics. I have one Francie doll, she has straight legs and no twist in her waist but alas, no rooted eyelashes. I think her neck reads 1966 inside but it's getting harder to read tiny things! Anyway, I would love to have more Francie's and a Casey or two. Francie is a bit expensive on ebay but I keep looking. This one that I have I fouynd at a goodwill years ago for $1.

Francie and Casey were my favorites. I never got into the early Barbies. I think my first Barbie talked with a pull string. I am 65 so I played with my Barbie dollls and some dolls called the West dolls that came with cowboy assesories since they did not make a boyfriend for Francie and Casey. The Ken and Ricky dolls were dorks anyhow. I changed my dolls into Dark Shadows characters anyhow. I painted Kens face to look like Barnabas collins. LOL

Teen Skipper (from the late '90s) fashions fit Francie very well. Also, try to get the Fashion Avenue fashions, which are almost as high quality and detailed as the vintage fashions, with a '90's aesthetic. A few could even pass for Mod era, due to their retro styling. They look really great on Francie.

I always love you and the show! The France doll came out first with the bend legs and lashes, and also they did the straight leg which had molded eye lashes, not rooted, so you can tell if it's a head transplant, because a straight leg Francie doesn't have rooted eye lashes, fun fact. I love watching you you have great dolls , your one too!
