VW’s bring back great memories for me. I bought a brand new 1963 Bug ($1800.00) when I came back from my tour in Okinawa. I met my wife in it and still have photos of it with “just married” on the rear window.

Fantastic video! I learned about the Senator, which I didn't even know existed. Had one of my most memorable surf trips in Santa Barbara VW bus...ahhhhh good times. Shaving with a safety razor is so much cheaper overall unless you get addicted and buy like 30 Gillette safety razors and start collecting which is always a risk because they're just fun to shave with in each one shaves in a different way.

Nivea is fantastic. I have the Regular and Sensitive shaving creams and the Cooling and Sensitive balms from Nivea. Definitely some of my favorite products.

That's an awesome razor! I am in Canada and the Nivea tube shaving cream is readily available at most pharmacies where I live. I have not tried using it yet but plan on in the future when I need some new shave soap. I've seen all the F&F movies up until #8. Thanks for the video!

I had a 1970-1/2 350 split-bumper Camaro to which I bored out the cylinders then added an Accel distributor, Edelbrock manifold, Holly 750 double-pump carburetor, Ram Air, Sun tachometer, Hurst shifter, Hooker Headers, aluminum mags and Mickey Thompson 50s. Wish I had hung onto it because I here they became quite sought-after

Have you ever seen those SKOOLIE CONVERSIONS? they basically take an old or new school bus and gut it out then turn it into a RV. They do some very crazy nice things to them including a roof raise, add bathrooms, bedrooms, full kitchens , and a bunch of cool accessories

Nice shave. Just ordered my first vintage razor from Razor Emporium, a Fatboy in Prospector Edition. Cant wait to try it. Also I see VW is coming out with a new version of the bus. Just Google new VW bus and you can see the pictures. I think it will be an electric version. Looks good to me but too big and expensive for us. Have a great weekend.

Great shave. I hope some razor company out there makes the open comb TTOs again, but I don’t know when and if that will happen again. Not gonna lie, I love the vintage Volkswagen vans. They just mesmerize me for some reason. My parents grew up seeing the Volkswagen vans everywhere, so that adds more to my love for those vehicles. Have a good one!

Hey Ken! Hope all is well 🌊 🏄 Yeah I had a 1938 rhodium plated senator, I think it is the most aggressive Gillette. Besides the adjustables on setting 9 obviously. Yeah it seems like every month you're going to the dermatologist to get something ZAPPED OFF! ⚡ 🧑🏻‍⚕️ GOOD TO BE AWARE! Btw you just reminded me that I need some more Nivea Post Shave. Mine lasted a goodwhile too!

Great shave Ken. It was also great seeing those old VW buses especially Spicolloi's. My dad had a 1974 VW Beetle and my late grandfather (his dad) use to call it a rolling whore house on wheels, Bahahaha. I hear you on the allergies. Mine kicked up something fierce yesterday and I used Catie's Bubbles Mile High Menthol to help clear them. It's processing as we speak.
