Beautiful. A Harley is the best therapy there is. I can have the worst possible day and inside of 5 minutes on my bike, everything is right in my world. You'll never see a motorcycle parked outside of a psychiatrist's office.

My pal built and rode a Knuckle chop he called, "The Screamin' Yellow Zonker." Chrome and chrome lemon yellow were the finish. It featured a chromed XA springer. It was powered by a dual-carbed 80 inch (ULH flywheels) Knuckle engine. The engine also had a special-grind Chet Herbert cam. I told him that I could use the bike as a shaving mirror. That was in 1967. I wish I had some photos of that bike. It would look boss on the road today. That Ironhead Sporty is VERY well-done! Thanks!

Your motorcycle came out great. I bet it was one heck of an experience and time hours unforeseen.Just got done building a 98 inch sportster pro street chopper lots of mockups !!!!!!❤ Like you said, took the bike apart and back together. 5 times motorin motor out did a monoshock lots of engineering that I don't have the degree but it all worked out. All the clearances for the oil tank. The belt drive a lot. A lot of hours had 2 people helping me. I did all the leg work and all the fabvibration a lot of blood sweat and tears And swearing.😮 But it's Finished can't believe it after 8 months. It's sitting here. I look at and say I can't believe it',,, I rattle canned. the whole bike with a house of color paint,,, Everybody said they can't believe you rattle Can the whole bike? Had about 40 cans of different primers and the base paint and base coat and clear Coats, but it all came out. Pretty cool bad aas Learned a lot of gratification and proud of the creation from a pile of tubing. It was like baking a cake from scratch handmaid. Handmaid except for the Fenders Oil tank and engine. And gas tank. 38° rake in the neck 5 Degrees in triple trees. 200 rear tire run a Duce belt , made the bike longer. Also made a seat Pan, And cover and the pipes Had to be maid. All custom, no store-bought.

@@TheMotoFotoYT -- Yep. A lot of the bikes we built during the stone age of chopperdom would still look great on the road today. Styling-wise, things definitely got out of hand during the late 1960s/early 1970s. That was shortly after a lot of guys were bitten by the chopper bug after seeing Fonda and Hopper's famous motorcycle movie. A lot of guys started running cheaply made ultra-long springer forks and smaller diameter front wheels that would basketball down the highway. Hitting fairly deep chuck holes with those baby buggy wheels was tantamount to disaster. Another bad idea from a long list of bad ideas were "slugs" (screw in fork extensions). Not running a front brake is another bad idea. I was never a fan of molded-in gas tanks, crushed velvet seats and pointy things all over the bike. I've always liked the bikes featured in "Hells Angels '69." They were built for riding and looking great. Build right. Ride safe. -- W
