Tamara, you are very aware of the physiological issues that are causing you pain. May I suggest that you try an Anusra Yoga method. I have benefited so much in learning to condition my body to it’s appropriate physical alignment and the classes I have taken for 10 plus years has taught me so much more in developing a self care way of living in all areas, physical and mental. Stay healthy, beautiful, and positive in your spirit!

I'm hypermobile in my joints too. Unfortunately I've now developed fibromyalgia which is not fun! Totally agree, if you love you it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. We all have our quirks. Loving the vlogs thank you for all your hard work ❤❤

Good luck with the wedding planning! My husband & I got married last November. If I can provide any advice for the planning- do what YOU guys (not your families) want to do, & keep it as simple as possible. Also, try to set yourself some "due dates" by which you have to make decisions & firm up plans on venue, dress/tux, wedding party, food, decor, favors, etc., because otherwise life gets busy & I found that if I didn't hold myself to deadlines, it would just never get done. Also, it's important to keep in mind that even if nothing goes to plan, you'll still be just as married, at the end of your wedding day. It helps put things in perspective & keeps you from getting upset over the things that will inevitably go wrong.

I have a connective tissue disorder too Tamara. Mine is a genetic mutation. I’m hyper mobile & being that way has caused a lot of osteoarthritis & nerve damage/pain. We tend to be more anxious & have some digestive issues. I had eye & hearing problems too (surgery fixed them both). I’m 40 now & honestly it’s been hard to deal with the back pain. I pray yours gets better so u won’t have to suffer. I know science is improving.

I think it's very brave of Tamara to talk about her imperfections and I love that she's embracing it! She's beautiful inside and out. That's what matters. It's not about the looks. NO ONE is perfect. you know how you get better posture.. (and this is coming from a 300 lbs person) its from your abs and lower abs. I found that if I squeeze my lower abs (no matter how weak it is😬) my shoulders fall in that place naturally. my shoulders automatically relaxes and in proper posture position and I'm a fatty (so i do lower ab exercises) . and then other exercises i do are breast muscle exercises. I dont know how to describe it but if you raise your arm completely straight up then touch the back of your ears with your deltoids using your side breast muscles. going up and down for 2 to 4 minutes puts your shoulders in proper posture position. It's your side breast muscle that your training and your lower abs that relaxes and puts your shoulders in proper posture position. anyway love your videos. Keep on going! Im hopeful for vlogmas episodes!!

Tamara. For all inflammation, fasting! Dr Valter Longo wrote a book called The Longevity Diet. He’s Italian, based in Milan and Los Angeles. Can’t recommend his work highly enough. Hope it helps.

Tamara you will need to be careful when you start perimenapause i have issues like you and when i started perimenapause those issues became unbearable i wish someone had pre warned me so i could have prepared my body better as i cannot take hrt so i had many years of pain which forced me to give up my career please make sure sure you are resting enough i am not trying to scare you or be negative i just wanted to share my experience as i never thought about how perimenapause would affect me having other health issues❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Would recommend you try somatic exercises. It has really changed my posture from very gentle exercises 15 mins a day. I even had to change my mattress to a firmer one because my bodues posture is now different. I did the full body 90days course with the workout witch.

My angel, any man would LOVE his wife to stay at home. We we taught differently, right? "You are going to be boring, nothing to talk about, no interests or friends". But in reality men appreciate comfort that a woman creates at home. If he is kind and generous to you, think about being a classic housewife. The thing with the sun brought to mind a similar experience I had years ago. Mine turned out differently, though. I was into the New Age at the time, and I started noticing repeating digits -- 11, 44, 22, etc. I assumed this was a sign my dreams were going to come true... but no matter how many I saw, it didn't happen. As it turned out, I came across resources that suggested this phenomenon to be a sign of demonization from messing with the New Age. I have since largely ignored the numbers and left the New Age.
